What Does A Membership Entail?

Have you been thinking about securing your membership to the History & Culture Center? Today is the day to do it!

With a membership, you will be able to visit the center as many times as you like. Explore the building’s grounds over and over again – you will learn something new every time you visit. Come make memories and connect with the local community!

The History & Culture Center houses over 45 exhibits throughout the entire building from interactive exhibits to rooftop way-finding maps. Our temporary exhibits will rotate out seasonally, so you will be able to enjoy every new exhibition that we display. The rooftop and courtyard will always be open to you and your other membership holders to have lunch or enjoy the view with a cup of coffee from our cafe.

One of the perks of being a member is receiving discounts on all HCC events. If you’ve been looking to learn more about your family history, want to learn a craft, or perform during our open mic nights, then we’ve got the discounts for you! All members receive $5 off of events that are priced and admission is free to members if the events are admission-based.

Our membership packages are as follows:

Individual Memberships are $35 per year for adults or $25 per year for seniors and veterans.

This includes:

• Unlimited admission to the History & Culture Center and the Goodridge Freedom Center 
• Invitations to and discounts on special events, programs, lectures and workshops

Family Memberships are $75 per year for adults or $35 per year for seniors and veterans.

This includes:

• Two adults and children under 18 in the same household, and up to four grandchildren under 18
• 3 guest passes
• Unlimited admission to the History & Culture Center and the Goodridge Freedom Center
• Invitations to and discounts on special events, programs, lectures and workshops

No matter which package you choose, you will be able to tour the HCC as many times as you wish and receive discounts on events – all for the price of a dinner!

To compare, our day pass prices are as follows:

• $25 for adults
• $10 for seniors and veterans
• $8 for children ages 6-18

If you choose a membership, you would only need to visit two times out of the year to get more than your money’s worth!
