Day Passes:

- Seniors & Veterans: $10 (winter rate: $5)
- Children 5 and under: Free
Annual memberships start at $25/year and include unlimited admission to both the History & Culture Center and the Goodridge Freedom Center.
Location & Directions
45 E. Boundary Avenue, York, PA 17401
We are located in the heart of downtown York, easily accessible from I-83. Just minutes from Spring Garden Township, West York, and surrounding York County communities.
From I-83: Take Exit 22 (Market Street). Head east on E. Market Street, turn right onto S. George Street, then left onto E. Boundary Avenue. The center is on your left.
Parking & Accessibility
Parking
There is parking directly in front of the building at 45 E. Boundary Avenue (29 spaces including 2 accessible). Additional parking is available at the Crispus Attucks Community Center at 605 S. Duke Street.
Accessibility
The History & Culture Center is fully wheelchair accessible, including the rooftop and courtyard. Elevator access and accessible restrooms with baby changing stations are available throughout the facility.
Goodridge Freedom Center
William C. Goodridge Freedom Center & Underground Railroad Museum
Located at 123 E. Philadelphia Street, York, PA 17401, the Goodridge Freedom Center preserves the legacy of William C. Goodridge, a formerly enslaved man who became one of York’s most successful businessmen and an Underground Railroad conductor.
Admission is included with CAY HCC membership. Day pass visitors can add Goodridge for an additional $5 when open. Plan for 45 minutes at the Goodridge Freedom Center.
